Job Description
* Manage and oversee intellectual property litigation cases from inception to resolution. * Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents. * Provide counsel to clients on intellectual property matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. * Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop case strategies. * Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations. * Analyze and interpret intellectual property laws and regulations. * Maintain accurate records of case files and legal documentation. * Stay updated on changes in intellectual property law and share insights with the team.

A successful candidate should have:
