The Company is seeking an Executive Director for an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Southeast Arizona. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who is ready to take on a role that is 100% leadership and community-focused. The successful candidate will be the Captain of the community, driving a culture that feels like a family and is dedicated to high occupancy. The role is not for a desk-bound individual; the ideal Executive Director is a Walk-Around leader, engaging with residents and caregivers on a daily basis. Applicants must have an active Arizona Assisted Living Manager License and a proven track record of financial discipline, particularly in managing NOI without compromising the quality of care. The Executive Director will be responsible for driving the community's culture, with a strong emphasis on occupancy growth and resident satisfaction. The role does not involve fixing clinical chaos, as the company has already invested in stabilizing the clinical team. Instead, the focus is on leading the community, with the support of a strong clinical partner, and ensuring that the environment is one where residents and caregivers feel like part of a close-knit family.
