The Company is seeking an Executive Director for an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Southeast Arizona. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who is ready to take on a role that is 100% leadership and 0% corporate red tape. The successful candidate will be the Captain of a 60-unit community, driving a culture that feels like a family and is dedicated to the well-being of its residents. The role is not about fixing clinical chaos but about working with a strong clinical partner to drive a culture of care and community. The ideal Executive Director will be a 'Walk-Around' leader, engaging with residents and caregivers daily, and will be responsible for driving occupancy growth through a strong, family-like community.

Applicants for the Executive Director position must have an active Arizona Assisted Living Manager License and a proven track record of financial discipline, particularly in managing NOI without compromising the quality of care. The role requires a leader who is ready to plant roots in the community, with a focus on long-term, sustainable growth. The company values a flat organizational structure, so the Executive Director will have direct access to National Directors and the President, allowing for quick decision-making and problem-solving.
