The Company is seeking an Executive Director for an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Southeast Arizona. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who is ready to take on a role that is 100% leadership and 0% bureaucracy. The successful candidate will be the Captain of a 60-unit community, driving the culture and ensuring that the environment feels like a family rather than a traditional facility. The role is not for a desk-bound individual; the ideal Executive Director is a 'Walk-Around' leader who is actively engaged with residents and caregivers, and is dedicated to driving occupancy growth through a strong, family-oriented culture.
Applicants for the Executive Director position must have an active Arizona Assisted Living Manager License and a proven track record of financial discipline, particularly in managing NOI without compromising the quality of care. The role requires a leader who is ready to take on the challenge of a turnaround, with a focus on driving the 'Oasis' culture and working closely with a strong sales partner to ensure high occupancy. The company values a flat organizational structure with no red tape, allowing for direct access to national directors and the president. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the community, with a strong emphasis on leadership, culture, and resident and staff engagement.
