About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of fostering inclusive and vibrant Jewish communities. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, visionary leader with a passion for inspiring others and championing pluralism. Responsibilities include leading strategic planning, managing financial responsibilities, and expanding the reach of Jewish life on campus. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fundraising, team development, and maintaining strong relationships with the Board of Directors, staff, and the broader community. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, team management, and fundraising, who can ensure that the organization is a safe, empowering environment for all students.
This role requires a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). The ideal candidate will have exemplary executive leadership skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to create space for diverse perspectives. Success in the role will be measured by growth in student engagement, achievement of fundraising goals, and positive feedback from the community. The Executive Director will be expected to be a catalyst for growth and positive change, ready to lead the organization into its next chapter of impact and innovation.
