About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP Sales for the EMEA region, with a focus on the U.K. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven individual, passionate about digital advertising and a proven rainmaker in the field. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth strategy, and the chosen candidate will be responsible for actively seeking new business opportunities, connecting with key business executives, and developing new business from existing clients. A key aspect of the role is to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and to enhance the overall customer experience. The VP Sales will also be tasked with building and managing a regional sales team, operating as the primary contact for customer matters, and negotiating account contracts to maximize profit.
Applicants must have 5-7 years' of experience in developing and closing new agency and advertiser accounts, with a strong background in advertising technology, particularly in social and programmatic markets. The role requires excellent communication and relationship skills, the ability to lead and manage a sales team, and a broad understanding of advertising and marketing communications. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a hard charger, and adept at executing a solution sales approach. Experience in interfacing with key internal management and C-level members, as well as a proven track record in meeting revenue KPIs, is essential. The VP Sales will be evaluated based on their ability to meet the company's success criteria and will be expected to have a significant impact on the business.
