About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Relationship Management for Financial Institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including credit rating, LGD, loan classification, and credit line determination, ensuring that all data is accurately reflected in the relevant systems. This role involves performing in-depth credit and financial analysis, preparing credit applications, and effectively communicating with various departments to facilitate the credit approval process. The VP will also lead the closing process, monitor the entire credit application and approval process, and maintain compliance with credit policy requirements.
In addition to the credit-related responsibilities, the role requires a strong focus on client engagement. The VP will be expected to understand the needs of prospective clients, identify suitable business opportunities, and conduct comprehensive client analysis. Soliciting targeted clients, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and delivering appropriate solutions to enhance client engagement are key aspects of the position. The ideal candidate will have the ability to evaluate deals, negotiate terms, and ensure that all activities are in line with the company's business strategy and risk appetite. Monitoring the client portfolio, developing work plans, and achieving annual targets are also integral to the role.
