The Company is seeking a Vice President of Relationship Management and Underwriting with a focus on commodities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the credit analysis and review process for a portfolio of accounts, conducting in-depth financial and credit risk analysis, and evaluating the risk aspects of transaction terms in line with company policies. This role involves preparing credit reports, managing the covenant review and collateral monitoring process for asset-based loans, and maintaining customer files to ensure compliance with KYC requirements. Additionally, the VP will be tasked with identifying and originating new client relationships, assessing credit needs, and negotiating credit agreements.
