About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Credit Officer to lead and support all credit department operations. The Chief Credit Officer will also be involved in meeting loan growth goals, coordinating external audits, and managing the special assets area. A significant background in credit management, particularly in C&I lending, is essential, with a preference for those with loan workout and SBA experience.
Applicants for the Chief Credit Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years' of experience in financial/credit analysis and lending, with a strong focus on C&I lending.
