About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to spearhead the design and execution of both paid and organic growth strategies, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention. This pivotal role involves defining and owning a long-term growth marketing strategy, driving rapid customer growth through various digital and offline channels, and establishing marketing attribution models. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting KPIs, managing budgets, and optimizing ROI, as well as building and leading a high-performing growth team. A hands-on approach is essential, including the management of at least one paid user acquisition channel and the building of an in-house creative factory.

Applicants for the Head of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2C startup environment, and at least 2 years of experience in managing and mentoring high-performance growth teams. The role requires a proven track record in paid user acquisition, advanced knowledge of marketing data stack, and a data-driven, insight-led, and experimentation-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be a strong people manager, capable of building processes and influencing cross-functionally, and will possess the ability to deliver high impact quickly while being resourceful, optimistic, and tenacious. A self-starter with a passion for making an impact, the Head of Growth Marketing should be curious, humble, adaptable, and able to thrive in an environment of ambiguity.
