CNC Mill/Turn Machine Operator
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Turn Machine Operator with expertise in Fanuc Controls to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mill/turn machines, performing machine setups, and ensuring the highest quality standards in machining processes. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC mill/turn machines with Fanuc Controls. Perform machine setups, including changing speeds and feeds, editing G&M codes, and conducting tool changes. Troubleshoot and maintain machines, utilizing mill turn machines with live tooling, twin turrets, and sub-spindles. Edit programs using G&M codes and work with tolerances of +- 0.0003 on average. Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and continuous monitoring of processes. Essential Skills: Experience in mill/turn operations with dual turret and dual spindle machines. Proficiency in machining, G&M codes, and GD&T. Ability to perform prototype and production machining.
