About the Role Arineta is transforming cardiovascular and thoracic diagnostics with cutting-edge dedicated cardiothoracic CT technology. As VP of Sales, you will lead the North American national commercialization efforts—building a high-performing team, driving market expansion, and delivering revenue growth across independent cardiology practices, mobile solutions, hospitals and health systems.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Team Leadership Develop and execute a national go-to-market plan. Build and lead a direct sales force and sales agent network with diverse industry experience. Establish and motivate a results-oriented culture with clear KPIs.
Market Expansion & Strategic Accounts Identify and pursue market growth opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine positioning. Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts and long-term partnerships.
Deal Structuring & Execution Lead complex negotiations with tailored ROI and financial models (lease, loan, pay-per-use). Navigate purchasing and capital approval processes in IDNs and hospitals.
Forecasting & Data-Driven Decisions Implement Salesforce best practices for pipeline growth and execution. Use analytics to optimize territory coverage, target markets and accelerate the shift to dedicated CT solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Adoption Partner with Operations, Clinical Education, Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high post-sale customer satisfaction and system utilization.
Industry Presence & Thought Leadership Represent Arineta at major conferences, regional shows and industry panels. Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders to elevate brand and clinical credibility.
Qualifications Required:
10+ years in capital medical equipment sales leadership, with established cardiology and advanced imaging experience and industry relationships
Proven experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and generating new business.
5+ years experience in revenue management and growth with a focus on cash flow management and customer invoicing Expertise in managing complex sales cycles involving C-level and clinical stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred:
Existing network of cardiology KOLs and healthcare executives
Experience launching disruptive imaging solutions or entering new segments
Familiarity with cardiac/thoracic imaging workflows
Background in agile, non-corporate environments
