Subrogation Specialist - Medical Payments (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage incoming calls and handle a designated volume of arbitrations related to Medical Payments and Personal Injury Protection claims
Investigate and research losses to determine best practices for subrogation
Negotiate recovery settlements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
File and hear arbitrations, determining appropriate recovery methods for disputed claims
Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company values throughout all interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
Strong understanding of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Medical Payments, PIP, and Bodily Injury claims
BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations
General understanding of various lines of coverage, including homeowners and auto
Active participation in company culture initiatives and community service
