As Sr. Growth Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and creating the end-to-end growth strategy and performance, with paid media as the primary lever and expanding ownership across creative strategy, funnel optimization, experimentation, and retention. You’ll partner closely with Creative, Retention, and Leadership to set direction, prioritize initiatives, and ensure growth is scalable, efficient, and repeatable.

This role is ideal for a senior growth operator who wants real ownership, clear accountability, and the opportunity to build a best-in-class growth system at a rapidly scaling DTC brand.

What You'll Do

Own company-wide growth performance across acquisition, funnel efficiency, and retention, with accountability for MER, CAC, LTV, and profitable scale

Set growth strategy and budget allocation across paid media, creative testing, landing pages, and lifecycle initiatives

Lead and scale paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels, ensuring disciplined execution and strong unit economics

Develop and maintain structured experimentation roadmaps across creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, and funnels

Partner closely with Creative to define testing priorities, brief high-performing concepts, and guide content direction with data-backed insights

Identify and prioritize non-paid growth levers including CRO, on-site optimization, offers, and post-purchase improvements

Monitor performance trends, proactively diagnose issues, and make fast, informed tradeoff decisions

Own growth reporting, dashboards, and weekly growth reviews, clearly communicating insights and recommendations to leadership

Build the foundations of a scalable growth engine, including processes, documentation, and performance standards

Must Have Requirements

5 to 8 years of growth or performance marketing experience in high-growth DTC environments

Proven experience owning and scaling growth with accountability for MER, CAC, and unit economics

Deep expertise in paid media across Meta and Google, with experience managing significant budgets

Strong understanding of attribution, full-funnel performance, and lifecycle dynamics

Experience partnering with Creative and Retention teams to drive performance outcomes

Highly analytical, with the ability to turn complex data into clear decisions

Clear, structured communicator comfortable presenting to leadership

Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced remote team
