Our client is a growing personal injury law firm in West Los Angeles is seeking a full-time, experienced Case Manager to support our pre-litigation practice. In this role, you will work closely with the attorney and team to manage client cases from intake through demand and resolution, maintain organized case files, coordinate appointments and records, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through demand preparation and resolution Prepare draft demand letters and assemble demand packages for attorney review Maintain accurate and organized case files in CasePeer, including tracking treatment status, medical records, bills, liens, and key case milestones Track pre-litigation deadlines and important case dates, escalating issues or statute concerns to the attorney as appropriate Coordinate client appointments, medical follow-ups, and communications with medical providers, insurance carriers, and experts Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates, answer questions, and manage expectations Request and follow up on medical records, billing statements, and insurance information, and assist with resolving billing or lien-related issues Identify cases that are ready to progress toward demand or settlement and flag issues impacting case value or timeline Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury law firm required Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-service mindset Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CasePeer experience strongly preferred Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive problem solver Professional, friendly demeanor and ability to work effectively in an in-office team environment Medical health insurance 401(k) retirement savings Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Why Join Our Team?
