Due to the company's project development, we are seeking a Recruitment Lead. The company is an innovative startup specializing in machine learning and AI solutions.

Requirements:
3-4 years of experience as a Recruitment Manager or Recruitment Lead in large well-known companies (IT, ML, AI hiring);
Experience in building recruitment processes from scratch (presence of successful cases);
Experience in working with different recruitment ATS;
Ability to create or improve recruitment pipelines;
Experience in international recruitment;
Responsibilities :
Handle the entire recruitment process from gathering requirements for the new vacancy and job posting to candidate screening;
Implementation of Personio ATS and maintaining a recruitment pipeline;
International hiring worldwide for Product and Business Development, IT teams;
Coordination of the work of recruiting agencies and freelance recruiters;
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role, including technical and soft skills needed;
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers if needed;
Utilize various sourcing methods including cold search, job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to find top talent if needed;
Engage with passive candidates through headhunting and networking efforts;
Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates if needed;
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and provide insights to improve efficiency;
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition within ML and AI industries;
Suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process, including the use of new tools and technologies.
