We are looking for an individual who can help our organization continue to grow in a consistent, sustainable and ethical way. Your ability to engage others in the community, build referral networks and relationships, and to promote awareness about Aging with Comfort will be key to success in the role of Community Outreach Specialist. Essential Functions
Promote awareness of Aging with Comfort in the community by attending events such as health fairs and senior expos. Develop relationships with referral sources such as service coordination entities, assisted living communities, elder care physicians, etc. Provide education and information to seniors and persons with disabilities (and their families) regarding the services of Aging with Comfort and how to navigate the process of obtaining home care. Develop a plan for assigned coverage area, in consultation with SVP of Business Development, in order to achieve organizational growth goals. Maintain detailed notes and updates to pipeline of referrals in CRM system. Requirements / Desired Qualifications
Prior marketing or recruiting experience required Prior home care experience strongly preferred Strong communication and public speaking skills Ability to form and maintain strategic relationships Organized and detail‑oriented Self‑directed, motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities concurrently Job Type
Full‑time Salary
$40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year, depending on experience level Additional Compensation
This position is eligible for a tiered incentive compensation program based on production of new service hours. Benefits
