What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Reconciliation & Billing and HCP Transparency Reporting for 1-2 accounts
Collaborate with Program Managers and Coordinators to produce client final invoices and manage reconciliation processes
Track meetings with healthcare providers and produce reports according to client specifications and deadlines
Ensure compliance with Non-Employee Expense Reimbursement (NEER) processes and documentation requirements
Identify deficiencies within internal reporting processes and provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong attention to detail and a passion for process and numbers
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong math skills and understanding of financial analysis
Experience with meetings management systems (e.g., Cvent, Salesforce, Iqvia)
Excellent communication skills with clients, peers, vendors, and management
Ability to attend internal and external training and networking opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in event management or related fields
Familiarity with HCP transparency reporting and compliance
Previous involvement in creating SOPs and process development
Understanding of client and vendor contracts
Knowledge of budget creation and management practices
