What You’ll Do:
You’ll get licensed—must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license.
Meet with clients to perform comprehensive needs assessments and present life insurance options.
Present tailored solutions with captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups.
Guide clients through the application process and celebrate each win.
Build long‑term relationships with continuous support and follow‑ups.
Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to position our products effectively.
What You Need to Succeed:
Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
No experience required—DSI will help you get licensed if you’re not already.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for in‑person meetings).
Compensation
