We’re looking for a skilled and motivated
Lead Installer
to join our growing team at Showroom Garage Flooring. As a leader in residential and commercial epoxy and polyaspartic flooring, we need someone who can take charge of installation projects, ensure top-quality results, and lead a small crew with professionalism and precision. Responsibilities: Lead and execute the installation of polyaspartic and epoxy floor coatings Supervise and train installation team members Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and efficiency Communicate with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in floor coating or related construction work Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 70+ lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods Detail-oriented with a commitment to craftsmanship What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Company vehicle and tools provided Supportive, family-run team environment Fill out the form to apply
