TAMKO is seeking a Revenue Analyst at our corporate office in Galena, Kansas to support the company’s revenue management operations. Reporting to the head of Revenue Management, the Revenue Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing pricing and rebate programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance. Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to manage billing and rebate revenue processes Perform ad hoc revenue reporting and analysis along with approval of pricing requests Implement price increases and analyze price erosion Analyze price erosion trends and recommend strategic pricing adjustments Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for management through visualization, data analysis tools, presentations, and other communications Assess current processes and control environment for continuous improvements Assist or manage special projects related to revenue operations Drive automation initiatives with IT to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and support business goals Adapt thinking and approach in a fast-paced, changing operating environment Education and Experience Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent, is required CPA is preferred Experience with pricing is preferred Hands-on experience with SAP, Vistex, and Salesforce is preferred Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Familiarity with reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and WebFocus Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to pricing activities Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to quality improvement Physical Requirements/Work Environment

The employee must be able to operate computer and other office equipment The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet and occasionally moderate Benefits
