Role Overview We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead growth across wholesale and e‑commerce channels. The ideal candidate will blend strong relationship‑building skills with data‑driven sales strategy, managing both inbound and outbound opportunities.
This role involves owning the sales funnel from prospecting to close, developing retail partnerships, and managing relationships with design studios, lifestyle stores, and distributors. The Sales Manager will also work closely with marketing and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for retail, wholesale, and direct e‑commerce growth.
Identify and build relationships with key accounts in home décor, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.
Conduct outreach to new prospects and maintain communication with existing buyers.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on brand positioning and campaign alignment.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying growth and retention opportunities.
Manage order flow, pricing discussions, and sales reporting in collaboration with finance and operations.
Represent the brand at trade shows (virtual or in‑person) and networking events.
Hard Skills
Proven B2B or wholesale sales experience in design, fashion, home décor, or related consumer industries.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Solid understanding of e‑commerce platforms and digital sales funnels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Soft Skills
Highly motivated, target‑oriented, and proactive.
Strong commercial instincts with a creative eye for design.
Relationship‑builder with excellent interpersonal and follow‑through skills.
