As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in establishing Nexi Group as market leaders within the software vendor ecosystem, bringing our innovative solutions directly to merchants.

This role is all about being out in the field, meeting small and medium‑size businesses face‑to‑face, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating how our software vendor partnerships can accelerate their growth. It’s the perfect opportunity for high‑energy, commercially driven B2B/SaaS sales professionals who thrive on face‑to‑face interactions and want to grow in a fast‑moving European tech environment.

The Challenge The integrated software partner landscape is evolving rapidly. We have partnerships across Europe with innovative providers, integrating payments into their market‑leading commercial products. Now we need to take those product solutions to small and medium sized businesses across Europe, build compelling business cases to solve their problems, and support them through the whole sales and onboarding cycle.

You will be the face of this innovative initiative, giving you the chance to work in an international environment with plenty of opportunities to excel in your career.

Your Mission Hunt and Win SaaS customers

Identify and engage high‑potential customers in the target sectors

Build compelling sales cases that demonstrate the value of our solutions

Manage sales process from initial contact through successful onboarding and go live

Drive Commercial & Technical Partnership Success

Develop deep understanding of ISV business models, technical requirements, and integration capabilities

Collaborate with technical and onboarding teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences

Support Partnership Approach

Provide market intelligence that shapes our ISV strategy and product development

Own Revenue Growth

Own your revenue targets and growth objectives

Technical & Commercial Expertise

Software Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B software or SaaS sales

Technical Fluency: Comfortable discussing technical integration requirements with customers, in clear and compelling terms, and collaborating with stakeholders across internal technical functions

Sales Excellence

Track record of achieving revenue targets
