Bilingual Account Executive (English/Spanish) - TrainingPeaks Peaksware Holdings, LLC invites applicants for the role of Bilingual Account Executive (English/Spanish). The position is based in Boulder, CO.

Pay Range $48,548.00/yr - $80,914.00/yr (Colorado)

Eligible for variable compensation including bonuses.

About the Role As an Account Executive (Inbound), you will nurture leads to drive business growth. You will work closely with potential customers (endurance and strength coaches) to understand their needs and build strong relationships while demonstrating our products’ value. The position reports to the Director of Sales and collaborates with Customer Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.

Core Functions

Qualify and manage all warm inbound leads from sales, marketing, and partnership funnels.

Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels.

Identify the specific needs, challenges, and desired outcomes of prospects, tailoring product offerings to address those needs.

Progress inbound leads through the sales journey and buying process to close.

Other Responsibilities

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and targets.

Provide clear and accurate visibility into pipeline performance to improve revenue forecast accuracy.

Develop and maintain strong product knowledge; proactively learn new features and translate changes into value propositions.

Lead demos with prospective customers, providing tailored information and resources.

Gather feedback from prospects internally and advocate for changes that reflect customer needs.

Effectively manage the sales pipeline by maintaining detailed records in CRM.

Seamlessly transition paying customers to Customer Success.

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales.

Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Proficient problem solving and critical thinking skills with a bias toward data-driven decisions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in written and verbal mediums.

Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Self‑starter with proven ownership in fast‑paced environments.

Passion for health, fitness, and endurance sports.

Growth mindset: track record of learning from mistakes and continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications

Familiarity with TrainHeroic and/or TrainingPeaks.

Experience as a coach and/or athlete in strength and/or endurance sports.

Working knowledge of CRM tools.

Familiarity with Google Suite tools.

Compensation and Benefits We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary range for this role in Colorado is $48,548–$80,914. Final compensation will consider experience, skills, certifications, and location. The role is eligible for variable compensation including bonuses.
