Are you a people person who thrives in a customer‑focused role? If so, we have the ideal role for you! An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accommodation Assistant to join the Student Accommodation Team at the University of East Anglia.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality service to students and guests residing in university accommodation.
Manage diverse inquiries, acting as the primary point of contact for face‑to‑face, telephone and electronic inquiries, feedback and complaints.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the accommodation office.
Contribute to proactive communication strategies within the accommodation services team.
Occasionally work out of hours, on weekends and during university events such as Open Days.
Qualifications & Experience
Highly motivated with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience working in a customer‑focused environment dealing with a wide variety of people.
Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
