divh2Collections Specialist/h2pThe Collections Specialist is responsible for overseeing the collections of commercial, residential and consumer loans./ppEssential Functions:/pulliManage the collection activities for commercial, consumer and residential loans by reviewing the past due report/contacting borrowers/liliCoordinate collections efforts with Commercial Loan Officers for commercial past due loans/liliMaintain accurate records of all collection efforts and customer contacts./liliAdhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines in place associated with collections/liliAssist in audits for the commercial, residential and consumer areas associated with collections and other areas as needed/liliMonitor upcoming maturities and matured loans for payment processing/liliRespond to credit bureau disputes and update directly through e-Oscar or via the core system/liliMonitor daily maintenance reports from the core system for accuracy/liliManage Bankruptcy tracking for consumer and commercial loans/liliAssist with customer inquiries as needed/li/ulpJob Qualifications:/pulli1-3 years experience in the lending area of a bank/liliBusiness Degree or related field preferred/liliExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills/liliAbility to prioritize workflow and succeed in a multitasking environment/liliAbility to work independently and within a team/li/ulpThe hourly rate range for the Collections Specialist position is $25 - $40 per hour./ppAbout Northern Bank
