Apply today!/ppWhat Youll Receive as a Press Brake Operator:/pulliStarting Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 / hr (Depending on Experience)/liliMon-Fri: DAY Shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM)/liliLONG TERM OPPORTUNITY due to winning GOV contracts = Job Security/liliLocated in Sherwood, OR/liliExcellent benefits when hired on/liulliIndividual and Family Medical Benefits, Dental/lili401K with matching/liliVision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance/liliPaid Holidays and sick pay AND accrued vacation/liliTuition reimbursement for employees AND DEPENDENTS AND SPOUSE/liliUp to $1500 cash with good attendance, performance and safety/liliUp to $4000 referral bonuses/li/ul/ulpWhat Youll Be Doing as a Press Brake Operator:/pulliSet up and operate a 16 X 600-Ton CNC Hydraulic Press Brake with NC Controllers/liliOccasionally required to use a 12 x 3/4 plate shear and a 5/8 capacity plate roll./liliSet up and operate hydraulic brake to bend, bump roll, arc, or straighten metal plates or sheet metal and structural shapes to blueprint or sketch specifications./liliLays-out or details layout on work stock from blueprints./liliUses forklift, jib cranes and 10 and 20 ton over head cranes to align layout marks to dies./liliPerform routine maintenance on machines./liliGrease and oil all moving parts and check seals for leaks./liliLog heat and P.O. numbers on all crane parts./li/ulpWhat Youll Need to Have as a Press Brake Operator:/pulliMust have a minimum of 2 years of professional hands-on experience setting up and operating a press brake, particularly with Mild or Raw Steel/liliMust be able to run a 600-ton CNC hydraulic press brake equipped with NC Controllers/liliMust be capable of working with mild/ raw steel and heavy materials/liliExperience operating forklifts, jib cranes, and 10 and 20-ton overhead cranes to align layout marks with dies is necessary./liliMust be proficient in reading blueprints and layouts./liliStrong math skills (including fractions and decimals) are essential for calculating bend allowances in thicker materials./liliExcellent attention to detail and someone who is very safety minded./liliMust be able to follow safety policies and must be willing to wear PPE and respirator. All departments are required to wear eye and hearing protection, steel-toed boots with built-in metatarsal guards./liliAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check./li/ul/div
