We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!/ppWe are seeking an experienced automotive Service Advisor to join our Volkswagen dealership in Port Charlotte, FL!/ppstrongCore Responsibilities/strong/pulliGreet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership./liliConsult with customers to understand their service requirements and concerns, and accurately document their vehicle information and service history./liliPerform vehicle walk-arounds and inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences./liliProvide clear and detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines, to help customers make informed decisions./liliCoordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule to ensure timely completion of work and maximize service department efficiency./liliCommunicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and addressing any questions or concerns./liliLiaise with service technicians and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of customer issues./liliUpsell additional services and accessories as appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue./li/ulpstrongBasic Requirements/strong/pulliPrevious experience in automotive service advisory or customer service roles, preferably within a dealership environment./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers./liliStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail./liliKnowledge of automotive systems and maintenance requirements./liliProficiency in computer systems and software applications related to service management./liliAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment./liliCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service./li/ulpstrongBenefits
