divh2Resort Club Manager/h2pThis position is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the Resort Club. Implements daily rewards club promotions and giveaways. Responsible for assuring proper redemption of club coupons, points, and card usage./ppEssential Functions:/pulliProvide exceptional and courteous service to all guests./liliResponsible for the scheduling of staff to effectively meet business demands./liliAssist with all promotions and special events, including concerts./liliResponsible for assuring accurate issuance of club cards while maintaining accurate data entry and database integrity./liliAuthorize overrides for comps and/or redemptions according to marketing policies./liliAssist in the implementation and execution of promotions, contests, and giveaways./liliResolve guest complaints and questions regarding the club, promotions, entertainment, events, etc./liliPromote resort club benefits, promotions, and the facilitys amenities./liliResponsible for the successful operation of Coat Check./liliResponsible for the operation of the Resort Club department, successful performance of employees, and a favorable guest experience./liliResponsible for effectively managing, delegating duties, and the performance and development of department staff; inclusive of interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, and termination of staff./liliManage expenses based on budgeted guidelines and business volumes to include payroll and staffing levels./liliPerform all functions of personnel within span of control, as needed./liliMust maintain reasonable accessibility by phone for business purposes./liliAssure an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments./liliSupport compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests./liliSupport current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior./liliPromote and ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees./liliComplete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment and decision-making skills./liliJob duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time./li/ulpRequired:/pulliMust hold a valid gaming license in accordance with the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission./liliMust complete all company-required training within designated time frames./li/ul/div
