Youll be responsible for the timely delivery of finished goods to customers, the efficient pickup of necessary production supplies, and providing hands-on support across our warehouse and inventory functions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive team player with a strong work ethic who is committed to maintaining an organized workspace and is ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed. This is a full-time position./pp style=min-height:1.5em/pp style=min-height:1.5emstrongWhat Youll Be Working On:/strong/pul style=min-height:1.5emlip style=min-height:1.5emstrongReceiving and Inventory Management:/strong Meticulously receive incoming materials into the ERP system and ensure they are delivered to the proper storage area./p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emstrongSupply Chain amp; Logistics:/strong Collect necessary shop supplies and materials to maintain a continuous production flow. This may require driving to various locations./p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emstrongWarehouse Support:/strong Assist with various tasks related to parts cage duties, including working alongside the receiver and inventory specialist to ensure smooth operations. This may involve driving a forklift, unloading trucks, organ1izing materials, and keeping the cage area clean./p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emstrongFacility Cleanliness and Safety:/strong Conduct daily inspections of the barn and lot area to ensure cleanliness, accessibility, and to eliminate potential hazards./p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emstrongProduction Floor Organization:/strong Regularly scan the production floor for any items that can be relocated to the cage, North shop, or barn for proper storage, maintaining a clear and safe workspace./p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emstrongCross-Functional Flexibility:/strong Provide essential support for receiving and inventory tasks as needed, and assume responsibilities of the receiving, kitting, or inventory roles during periods of employee absence./p/li/ulp style=min-height:1.5em/pp style=min-height:1.5emstrongWhat Youll Bring to the Team:/strong/pul style=min-height:1.5emlip style=min-height:1.5emstrongAttention to Detail amp; Analytical Skills:/strong Must be highly detail-oriented with a strong analytical ability and a willingness to accept and learn from feedback./p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emstrongCollaborative amp; Proactive Work Ethic:/strong A team player who is willing to take on additional roles, has a good attitude, and a strong willingness to learn./p/lilip style=min-height:1.5emstrongPhysical Capabilities:/strong Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 lbs.
