The Sales assistant is also responsible for performing all clerical functions required by department personnel as needed./ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/pulliEnsure all orders on WTNH/WCTX-TV are booked and revised according to specs

guidelines and are booked properly in the system for assigned account executive(s)/liliExecuting flighting of deals, as well as making necessary adjustments for program changes/liliCheck contracts daily to confirm the systems match and back-up paperwork is accurate, completing tracking sheets/liliHandle pre-empts/makegoods/liliMaintain reports, research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner/liliFoster effective relationships with internal and external contacts./liliAssist with digital order booking and maintenance/li/ulpstrongRequirements/Qualifications/strong/pulliBA in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent education and experience/liliProficient in Microsoft Office/liliGood communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail is a must./liliFlexibility to work overtime during peak sales seasons./li/ulpstrongRevenue/Budgetary/Staff Responsibility/strong/ppNo budgetary responsibility/ppstrongOrganization Structure/strong/ppSales Assistant reports to Sales management and works directly with Account Executive sales teams
