They will also be responsible for the removal of the parts once fully cured. Finished painted parts will then be staged onto the proper carts according to each door number which will then feed into the final assembly stations./pulliResponsible for prepping of product by using grinders, sanders and cleaners./liliCorrectly load and unload paint line using appropriate hangers./liliUse of schedule provided by lead person./liliPull of correct parts for door kits./liliPackaging product for safe transport to final assembly department./liliDeliver finished product to appropriate departments./liliMust be able to multi-task during busy time, stay productive, and work well with others on the team./liliUse time management skills and prioritization to accomplish the days tasks within the hours provided./liliHelp out in other areas as needed or directed./li/ulpSafety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times./ph3Minimum Qualifications:/h3ulliHeavy Lifting-must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and must be able to bend, twist, squat throughout workday./liliMust have excellent product knowledge./liliMust be able to pass general respirator medical evaluation./liliMust be self-motivated and a team player./liliPersistent, upbeat, positive, high energy, and thrives in a dynamic atmosphere of change./liliExcellent communication skills both verbal and written./liliAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence./liliAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications:/h3ulliMinimum 1 year of paint line experience highly desired./liliHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience./li/ul/div
