Here you can make an impact on the world around you and accelerate your career in areas that energize and excite you./ppPurpose: Responsible for the day-to-day transactions with the Environmental Services Billing team which include processing vendor invoices, standard sales order validation, purchase order entry, managing billing and supplier inquiries./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliTimely processing of vendor invoices/liliAccurate and timely billing of customers to improve cash flow/liliHandle supplier inquiries/issues via telephone, e-mail or fax/liliBilling and preparing supplier invoices to forward to accounts payable/liliReview of open orders reports/liliSet up new vendors in SAP/liliRelease of sales orders for billing after validation/liliCreation of purchase orders/liliResolution of transporter related issues for purchase orders/liliReconciliation of vendor discrepancies/liliCommunication with vendors to acquire paperwork/liliCollaborate with buyers and cross functional teams for billing resolutions/liliResolution of billing open order scorecard/liliPerforms other duties as assigned/li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulliBachelors degree preferred.
