Operation: Safely set up and operate manual lathes, mills, drill presses, grinders, and other related machine shop equipment./liliBlueprint Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret complex blueprints, sketches, drawings, and technical specifications to determine dimensions and machining sequences./liliPrecision Machining: Perform various machining operations (turning, milling, drilling, boring, grinding) on diverse materials, holding tolerances to within specified limits (e.g., 0.001)./liliQuality Control: Measure, examine, and test completed parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) to ensure strict adherence to quality standards./liliTroubleshooting
Repair: Utilize expertise in reverse engineering to repair or re-create worn or broken components for industrial equipment when no prints are available./liliMaintenance
