You will create customized marketing solutions using our full suite of offeringsfrom the trusted power of broadcast television to cutting-edge digital advertising tools, including digital video, targeted display, social, and search./ppResponsibilities:/pulliFull-time sales role on a high-performing sales team committed to excellence and collaboration./liliAchieve and surpass revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting./liliClearly communicate the value of WOOD TV8s integrated marketing solutions, schedule client meetings, collaborate on proposals, and present strategic recommendations./liliProactively develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients using a wide range of resources and research tools./liliEngage potential clients through strategic outreach efforts, including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn networking, and in-person meetings./liliMeet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities and performance metrics./liliStrengthen and grow existing partnerships through thoughtful insights, campaign optimization, and excellent customer service./liliSupport station and corporate initiatives and contribute to overall success by performing additional duties as assigned./li/ulpSkills
Experience:/pulliCollege degree preferred./lili3-5+ years of experience in media or professional sales, with a passion for customer-based solutions./liliProven ability to develop new business opportunities across both linear and non-linear platforms./liliComfortable reaching out to and engaging directly with business owners, proprietors, and community leaders./liliStrong organizational, writing, proposal building, and presentation skills./liliEnergetic self-starter, team-oriented, and focused on maintaining positive momentum./liliQuick adaptation of new tools, technology, and processes./liliQuick thinker, able to ask and answer questions with ease./liliMust have a valid drivers license and good driving record./li/ul/div
