What You'll Do: Generate New Business: Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities within your territory. Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and margin objectives while supporting company growth. Manage Projects: Lead projects through all phases, including blueprint take-offs, product selection, and proposal preparation. Engage in Networking: Participate in industry organizations, trade shows, and events to increase brand awareness and foster professional relationships. Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams and suppliers to deliver superior service to customers. Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, and stay updated on industry trends. Why Join Moehl Millwork? Proven ability to build relationships with architects, builders, and contractors. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
