divh2Personal Lines Account Manager/h2pAccount Managers are primarily responsible for servicing personal lines insurance policies (new and renewal) while creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, underwriters, and other professionals./ppDuties of an Account Manager include but are not limited to:/pulliMaintain a Property

Casualty license along with keeping up with Continuing Education./liliUnderstanding and following the Cross Basic Procedure Manual./liliUnderstanding and following the Personal Lines Workflow Manual./liliOnly using approved Action Codes in AMS 360./liliFollowing up and completing open suspenses daily./liliServicing and selling personal insurance products to prospective and existing clients./liliEstablish

maintain good working relationships with company personnel (underwriters, marketing representatives, companies service center, and claims representatives)./liliProviding quality customer service to existing and prospective clients./liliProactively retaining accounts when applicable./liliStaying up to date on new insurance products and market/industry trends./liliThe ability to understand and analyze insurance coverage and policy forms./liliStrong written, oral and phone communication skills/liliOrganize, set, and maintain priorities/liliWorking knowledge and/or experience with AMS360, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams), ACORD forms, and basic quoting platforms/liliCollecting payment information, uploading payments to various company websites, and recording activity notes in AMS360./liliMeeting annual sales goal./liliHandling Broker of Record letters received in your assigned book of business/liliService an average size book of business./liliCollaborate with staff members from other departments to provide total account solutions./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulpDISCLAIMER :/ppIt is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
