As a Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives the best customer service. What youll do:/pulliProvide excellent customer service/liliAbility to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management/liliLeading department and assisting/mentoring colleagues/liliConsistently promotes company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships/liliAbility to establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers/liliMaintain the appearance of store which may include stocking and performing general housekeeping duties/liliMay cross train to perform other duties/liliPerform other miscellaneous duties as assigned/li/ulpWhat youll need to have for the role:/pulliHigh school education or equivalent/liliPrevious Retail experience preferred/liliSuperior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal/liliMust maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic/liliAbility to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends/liliMay hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/liliPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending/li/ulpGeneral compensation disclosure: The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay.
