The Parts Associate works directly with the customers to determine specialized product needs and services and provides price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments. The Parts Associate is a member of the sales team and works collaboratively with the service team to ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliDaily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations/liliReview each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installation/liliMaintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers apprised of work progress/liliSchedule installation appointments with designated service staff members/liliMonitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations/liliInspect vehicle to ensure proper parts are ordered/liliProvide excellent overall customer service/liliMaintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers/liliMay cross train to perform other duties as necessary/li/ulpWhat Youll Need to Have for the Role:/pulliHigh School diploma or GED equivalent preferred/liliAt least one year of sales experience is preferred/liliAt least one year of previous RV or camping product is preferred but not required/liliAbility to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed/liliExcellent organization and follow up skills are required/liliKnowledge of Service Department procedures and policies is preferred/liliA valid drivers license may be required/liliMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/liliPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure: The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay.
