The Sales Associate role supports the Vice President of Commercial Sales, providing day-to-day support throughout the deal lifecycle. Sales Documentation/pulliTrack and facilitate sales orders through the order process from order creation to customer delivery and related follow-ups, gaining exposure to the full sales cycle/liliReview order documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to processing/liliIdentify, track, and timely resolve outstanding order requirements from internal teams and customers/liliValidate key order inputs including sales tax, customer payment terms, order related fees/li/ulpCustomer and Internal Coordination/pulliServe as a point of contact for customer interactions and follow-ups at the discretion of the Vice President of Commercial Sales/liliCollaborate with internal teams and serve as the centralized point of contact for order status and needs/liliRespond to customer inquiries in coordination with internal team members, ensuring accurate and timely communication/liliMonitor orders and provide visibility to order statuses and outstanding items/li/ulpRecords Management
