divh2Inside Sales Representative/h2pWe are seeking a result oriented Inside Sales Representative in Raleigh, NC to sell NetApps products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts with the focus in acquiring new customers, retaining and growing the existing installed base of our customers./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pAssigned to a set of accounts across a specific territory/ppWorks directly over the phone with customers and Partners to drive preference to NetApp and capture sales./ppUnderstands customers business requirements and articulates NetApps value to the customer./ppPositions NetApp value proposition tailored to audience needs./ppSupports the Partner to quote tech refresh, products, service upgrades, and renewal options./ppWorks independently on managing and closing opportunities./ppActs as the first point of contact within the sales organization for existing and new customers when calling with product questions./ppUses tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and other prospecting tools to find contacts within potential customers to outbound and email./ppFinds opportunities to expand within existing, but also with new accounts (cold calling) in assigned territory./ppMaintains Installed base and contact data in CRM system./ppIdentifies Partner capability gaps and coordinates with channel organization to address these gaps./ppWorks with the Channel organization and key Partners to create territory plans and co-sell into prospective customers./ppDevelops plans with field marketing functions to determine opportunities for events and campaigns to drive pipeline generation./ppPrepares and submits forecast reports./ppExpected to achieve and track weekly sales activities such as outbounds, contact capture, opportunity, and pipeline development and enter into a CRM./ph3Key Requirements/h3ulli0-1 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or other related fields/liliAbility to understand and communicate Technical Solutions and Business Values/liliFamiliar with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator/liliPossess strong verbal and written communication/liliPrior exposure working on a variety of Technologies/Concepts in a distributed environment/liliStrong Organizational and Problem-Solving skills/liliThis role requires you to be onsite in our RTP office 5 days a week to ensure effective collaboration/li/ulpCompensation:/ppThe target salary range for this position is 76,500 - 99,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidates location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on On Target Earnings (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
