In this role, you will be responsible for generating pre-need sales within your assigned market area./ppJob Description:/pulliCultivate community relationships to educate and guide families in preplanning decisions/liliExcel in setting appointments and delivering preplanning guide presentations/liliUtilize Navigator to complete contracts promptly, neatly, and accurately/liliTrack all sales activity and ratios to identify strengths and areas for improvement/liliUse Shape CRM to manage contacts and ensure professional follow-up/liliProspect regularly using various methods, including mailers, seminars, and outside events/liliProvide world-class customer service with a positive attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes/liliStay current on relevant topics such as veterans benefits, social security benefits, and end-of-life decisions/li/ulpResponsibilities:/pulliReport sales activity to the manager weekly (unless directed otherwise)/liliOperate independently with minimal supervision/liliBuild trust and utilize consultative selling techniques/liliExhibit proficiency in presentation and closing techniques/liliDevelop and sustain community relationships/liliCommunicate with professionalism and tact/liliPerform basic mathematical calculations accurately/liliManage difficult situations with confidence and empathy/liliMaintain reliable transportation, a valid state drivers license, and a satisfactory driving record/liliAchieve quarterly sales targets/li/ulpFIRST YEARS PROJECTED COMPENSATION - $75,000 - $150,000/ppWe are an equal opportunity employer.
