Through an innovative digital platform, we help local businesses and small-to-midsize companies secure the best insurance coverage at the lowest possible cost, year after year. As an Account Executive, you will engage directly with small business owners, conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, educate prospects, and convert leads into long-term customers. You will own your pipeline, exceed sales goals, and develop your skills through robust training and ongoing coaching in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Success in this role is measured by consistently exceeding sales goals, maintaining strong daily activity metrics, and demonstrating resilience and professionalism. What We're Looking For: At least 2 years of closing experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to small or local businesses Ability to conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls Minimum of 2 years of stable work history in a previous sales role Proven ability to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Comfort working short sales cycles and handling rejection Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
