In this role, you will play a key part in providing a seamless, customer-centric experience./ppResponsibilities:/pulliReview and analyze personal accounts for coverage, limits, etc., and make appropriate recommendations to clients./liliDevelop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that all service needs are met./liliDevelop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads and contribute to meeting departmental production goals./liliGather information from clients and prepare applications regarding new and/or renewal coverage./liliPrepare policy quotes based on clients needs, rates and coverages./liliPrepare all transactions for assigned accounts, i.e. applications, invoices, forms./liliMaintain the accuracy of data in the agency management system./liliMay handle collections of premiums due./liliKeep informed of changes and trends within the industry for the purpose of anticipating and responding to profit objectives./liliOther responsibilities as assigned by Manager./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliExperience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency/liliThorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets/liliExperience with an electronic agency management system./liliProducers license preferred- if none, obtain within 90 days of employment/liliExperience with Excel and Word/liliExcellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment/li/ulpDISCLAIMER :/ppIt is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
