We need your talent and expertise./ph3Specific Responsibilities/h3ulliDevelop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads as well as build referral sources to contribute to meeting individual and departmental production goals./liliGather information from clients/prospects to prepare policy quotes based on clients needs, rates and coverages and prepare applications for new personal lines coverages./liliEnter information accurately in the agency management system./liliConduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company./liliKeep informed of changes and trends within the industry for the purpose of anticipating and responding to profit objectives./liliOther responsibilities as assigned by Manager./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum 7 years experience with personal accounts within an insurance agency/liliThorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets/liliExperience with an electronic agency management system/liliProducers license required/liliExperience with Excel and Word/liliExcellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment/li/ul/div
