divh2Sales Trainee/h2pCEDs competitive Sales Training Program provides the tools and training for learning the ins and outs of one of the nations fastest growing industries. In this approximate 24-month rotational position, you will be exposed to various roles in each facet of the company, gaining experience in all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, exemplifies stellar time management and communication skills, and is excited to be empowered and involved in business goals and initiatives. In this position, you will:/pulliLearn all aspects of the CED business/liliAttend classes online as well as in-person at various locations/liliParticipate in on-the-job training and mentoring/liliEstablish, develop, and maintain relationships and rapport with customers/li/ulpReports to: Steve Wimer/ppMinimum Qualifications:/pulliMust be at least 18 years of age/liliBachelors Degree/liliCurrent, valid drivers license with acceptable driving record/liliAuthorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/ppWorking Conditions:/pulliConditions vary based on the trainees current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments./liliDuring some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions./liliOffice segments may include sitting for extended periods./liliVarious segments will include some travel
