Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Junior Sales Representative-Licensed. The Junior Sales Representative is in training to manage the entire sales process and communicating with the customer from the first interaction through the close of escrow./ppEssential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned./pulliLearn sale process under supervision of licensed Sales Representative/liliLearn features and benefits of models/homes/home sites/liliGreet and qualify visitors/liliDemonstrate models/home/home sites/liliOvercome sales objections, close for the sale/liliDocument the transaction/liliTrack progress of loan, options and construction/liliRespond to customer request for information/liliDocument any cancellations/liliMaintenance all lot files/sales files/liliMonitor models and sales office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc./liliDevelop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members/liliExecute policies to ensure compliance with the quality standards/liliAttend sales meetings as needed/liliConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company/li/ulpEducation and/or experience:/pulliHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)/lili2 years related experience/liliMust have and maintain a valid Nebraska real estate license/liliSuperb interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills/liliMust have a vehicle, valid drivers license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime/liliAbility to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop/liliProficiency with MS Office and email/liliAbility to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds/li/ulpPreferred qualifications:/pulliPrior CRM software experience a plus/liliPrevious sales experience, knowledge of industry preferred/liliStrongly motivated/li/ulpCome join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
