Come join our team and work inspired each day!/ph3What Youll Do/h3pNetDocuments is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative for our Corporate segment to drive high-quality pipeline for our largest commercial accounts, including Fortune 1000 organizations./ppThis role is designed for a highly agile, analytical, and strategic BDR who can own outbound development into complex, multi-stakeholder corporate environments. The ideal candidate thinks critically, adapts rapidly, and brings a disciplined, research-driven approach to account penetration./ppExperience selling to Fortune 1000 companies is a plus but not required. What matters most is skill, speed of learning, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate in ambiguity while generating momentum./ppYou Will:/pulliExecute structured, high-quality outbound prospecting into enterprise corporate accounts, generating net-new qualified opportunities./liliDevelop account-based territory strategies that align with corporate legal, IT, information governance, compliance, and operations use cases./liliConduct targeted research to identify triggers, organizational changes, initiatives, and personas within complex corporations./liliQualify inbound leads and nurture early-stage opportunities with sound business judgment and strong discovery skills./liliTailor messaging for senior corporate personas including General Counsel, Deputy Counsel, CIOs, Legal Operations leaders, Compliance heads, and Information Security stakeholders./liliMaintain clear, complete, and strategic account intelligence in Salesforce./liliCollaborate closely with Corporate Account Executives to build coordinated plays, territory plans, and persona-based outreach sequences./liliContribute to testing, optimization, and innovation of BDR playbooks and outbound programs./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulh3What Youll Bring to The Team/h3pAbility to synthesize complex information quickly and articulate value succinctly./ppStrong problem-solving skills and the confidence to adjust approaches based on account dynamics./ppClear, high-quality communication and business writing./ppOperational rigor in managing multi-threaded enterprise accounts./ppCuriosity that leads to strong understanding of corporate structures, workflows, and decision-making processes./ppCollaborative nature and willingness to partner deeply with sales and cross-functional teams./ppGrowth mindset, coachability, and willingness to refine skills through feedback./ph3What Youll Need for Success/h3pAssociate or bachelors degree in a business-related field, or equivalent relevant experience./pp1+ year of sales-specific experience (outbound BDR/SDR preferred)./ppDemonstrated success prospecting into complex or enterprise accounts./ph3What Will Make You Stand Out/h3pPrevious SaaS or software sales experience./ppExperience in account-based prospecting or enterprise development cycles./ppExposure to corporate legal, compliance, security, or IT workflows./ppFamiliarity with AI or automation SaaS use cases./ph3What Youll Love About NetDocuments/h3p90 percent healthcare premiums covered/ppCompany HSA contribution/pp4 percent 401k match with no vesting period/ppTwice-a-year merit increases/ppFlexible time off (typically 3 to 4 weeks) plus 10 paid holidays/ppSupportive leadership, access to senior mentors, and clear development paths/ppOpportunities for advancement within a growing global company/ph3Compensation Transparency/h3pThe compensation range for this position is: $55,000-$65,000 + Variable/ppThe posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable.
