divh2R10071080 Representative - Inside Sales (Open)/h2pLocation: Phoenix, AZ - University - Retail Shop/ph2How Will You Contribute and Grow?/h2pThe primary purpose of the Representative, Inside Sales will focus on email order input for the area to include multiple branches, resolving CES related issues such as past due invoices and stalled cylinder movement on accounts. The sales position is also responsible for selling a variety of welding equipment, hard goods, power tools, safety supplies, and industrial gases to walk-in and phone order customers. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing top-notch assistance to customers in selecting the proper gages/tools. This position will work as a floater position that will cover other branches, which include Flagstaff, Mesa, and Peoria./ph2Are You a Match?/h2pQualifications:/pulliKnowledge of proper customer relationship and customer service practices/liliAbility to multitask in a high volume setting/liliStrong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written/liliTeam oriented with a continuous improvement outlook/liliAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and perform fraction to decimal conversions/liliTeam player attitude with ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds/liliBe punctual and comply with the work schedule/liliStrong understanding of word, excel, outlook, and inventory control systems; SAP knowledge preferred/li/ulpEducation, Experiences, Certificates/Licenses and/or Registrations:/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent; Two (2) year degree preferred/liliMinimum two (2) years experience with customer service and/or sales experience/liliKnowledge in welding, gases, industrial, safety supply sales preferred/li/ulpWork Environment and Safety Equipment Required:/pulliWhile performing the duties of this Job, the associate is regularly required to sit for long periods and stand to perform work. The associate is required to reach with hands and arms, smell, talk or hear. The associate must be able to lift, push, pull or move up to thirty (30) pounds or more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to noisy and the associate may be exposed to extreme weather.
