Handle vendor payment inquiries./liliCommunicate and process all required leasing documents./liliMonitor Company forklift fleet inventories./liliProcess credits and re-invoice equipment when necessary./liliTrack warranty registration and complete warranty installation./liliGenerate required reports./liliOrder supplies and sales literature./liliAssist other departments as needed./li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliLess than 2 years related experience/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliBachelors or Associate degree, preferably in business, preferred./liliPrevious coordinator experience in a sales and/or rental department preferred./liliAccurate and efficient data entry skills./liliMicrosoft Office experience./liliGood communication skills/li/ulpWork Authorization:/ppCrown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
